1. What is an agriculture traceability system in India?

4. Can it handle procurement through mandis and commission agents?

Yes, and this is usually the hardest part of the design. We capture purchase at the mandi or agent level with weighment, moisture and quality deductions, and map contributing farmers where the relationship allows, so the chain is recorded accurately.

5. What happens to traceability when lots are blended?

Blending is recorded as an explicit lot transformation with each input lot and its consumed quantity. The output lot therefore carries a proportional composition back to its contributing lots and plots, which is what a buyer auditor tests.

6. Do you supply weighbridges, scanners and field devices?

Yes. Rugged Android devices, GPS units, barcode and QR printers, handheld scanners and weighbridge or moisture meter interfaces are scoped, supplied, installed and integrated, along with training for field and warehouse teams.

7. Can it integrate with our existing ERP?

Yes. We integrate with SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics and in-house systems for procurement, inventory, quality and export documentation, so warehouse stock and shipment records stay consistent with your finance systems.
