Yes. Analysers, electronic weighing scales, collection unit controllers, printers, BMC sensors and tanker telemetry devices are scoped, supplied, installed, calibrated and integrated as part of the project. We remain accountable for field performance after installation.
Yes. Collection software is designed to operate offline by default. Pouring is recorded, the rate applied and the farmer slip printed locally, and data synchronises to the plant when connectivity returns.
Yes. We integrate with SAP, Oracle, Tally and dairy-specific or in-house payment applications, so collection quantities and quality readings flow into the payment cycle and stock and despatch data stay consistent with plant systems.
Reception and society-level test results, including added water, neutralisers, antibiotic residue and organoleptic checks, are captured against the specific tanker, route and society consignment. Failed results can automatically block acceptance and alert the procurement head.
Yes. Tankers can be fitted with probes and GSM telemetry that log compartment temperature continuously and buffer readings through network gaps. Excursions raise alerts with route and driver context, and the history attaches to the consignment record.
Yes. On-premise, private cloud and hybrid deployments are all supported. Many unions prefer a plant-hosted instance with field terminals synchronising to it, which keeps collection running during a wide-area connectivity failure.
