An AIS-140 vehicle tracking system means a certified Vehicle Location Tracking Device fitted to the vehicle, emergency panic buttons accessible to passengers, and continuous transmission of location and alert data to the state government’s backend command control centre. 2. Which vehicles are required to comply?
