Yes. We integrate with SAP, including SAP ATTP, and with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and Navision, Tally and legacy systems. Batch and dispatch data flow in; pack hierarchy, SSCC and shipping events flow back out.

Both are supported, and most clients run a hybrid. A site-level server sits inside the plant so stations keep working during a network outage and events buffer until connectivity returns. Residency terms are fixed at design.

A single-line pilot is usually commissioned within eight to fourteen weeks of requirement sign-off, depending on scanner and applicator lead times, conveyor modification and your validation protocol. Remaining lines follow in phases.

The system moves into an agreed annual maintenance contract covering response times by severity, preventive maintenance of scanners, applicators and station hardware, spares, software updates and EPCIS format changes. New SKU pack formats are included.
