Source tagging at the vendor or garment factory is cheaper at scale and lets stock arrive floor-ready. Store or warehouse tagging covers legacy stock, returns and vendors not yet onboarded. Most chains run both.

Yes. We integrate with SAP, Oracle Retail, Ginesys, Microsoft Dynamics and in-house merchandising systems, and with POS platforms for tag deactivation and basket reads. Stock positions publish to your order management system.

6. Does the system need cloud connectivity to work in a store?

No. Handheld counting and exit detection run on in-store infrastructure and continue during an outage, queuing events locally and syncing later. The central platform runs on-premise, in private cloud or managed cloud.

7. How long does an RFID rollout take?

A pilot store is typically live within ten to fourteen weeks of requirement sign-off, including the site survey, tag trials and hardware lead times. Chain-wide rollout then proceeds in waves.

8. What drives the cost of an RFID programme?

Tag volume is the largest recurring line, followed by handheld and fixed reader counts, encoding infrastructure, integration depth and installation across stores. We provide a scoped proposal after the survey, not a figure before it.

9. Can RFID replace our existing EAS gates?

In most apparel formats, yes. RFID exit readers identify the specific item, size and price passing the door rather than raising a tone, which makes investigation far more useful. High-risk categories can run both.
